Please contact us if you have a crib, car seat or other items these girls may need. Please make sure cribs and car seats meet all safety standards and that all items are in good condition. View our Wish List for additional items needed.
We'd be more than happy to accept in-kind donations that will support our mission and enable our girls to experience the arts. We'd love to provide our girls with yoga classes, art or music lessons, jewelry-making classes, tickets to shows or museums, etc. If you have contacts for gym memberships, movie tickets, gift cards and similar items please let us know.
Volunteer
Zoe's is always looking for qualified volunteers. Volunteering comes in many forms and you can volunteer in ways as individual as you are. But the bottom line is that by volunteering you can truly make a difference in your community.
Zoe's Place looks for volunteers to do research, help write newsletters, press releases and/or grants, deliver cribs and other basics to the pregnant teens and teen moms we serve, to help with childcare at our support groups, and to help with our Cupcake Cafe and other projects, programs and events. Some of our programs require that volunteers in those programs be fingerprinted and thoroughly screened.
Mentor
Most of the girls we work with do not have the support, guidance and resources our own children or other children we care about have. Zoe's mentoring program matches caring adult women with pregnant teens and teen moms who live in Bergen County. Each Zoe's mentor is required to be thoroughly screened and trained and to make a one-year commitment to the girl she is matched with, as well as provide a monthly recap of activities. A connection to a caring adult is key to accessing the potential each and every girl has. Mentoring opens that door.
Provide Services
If you are a representative at a community agency that has services which can help our girls we'd love to hear from you. Support with resume writing, career guidance, job shadowing, counseling, legal guidance, computer classes, etc. will help our girls immensely. Wrap-around services and other community-based support are welcomed and needed. Please contact Jane Fiedler at 973-458-1007 or use our contact form.
